I think if you have pro vape (i'm guessing thats a pro vari?), then it's really just a matter of adjusting the voltage for either cartomizer. Like you might up the volts on a dual coil b/c it's really a 3 ohm but if you are using a single coil at say 2.2 ohms or so you'd go lower on the voltage.

I use single coil pre punched cartos with a 3.5 ml tank on my provape 1, I wonder about the dual coils

I use the Smoktech 3.5 SBFT, with a 1.5 ohm dual coil carto. I set my PV mod at 4 volts for 10.6 watts of vaping goodness. I have tried the single coils, but my preference is dual. I also use 2 holes and punch them just a little bigger. It seems to keep the carto wetter, which makes it last a week of heavy vaping (4 ml a day).
