Since I started vaping, I find I'm getting more and more sinus headaches. I vape a variety of flavors, but almost all PG. The only VG I have is some rath waffle and rath butterscotch.

Everything now is 16-18 mg. 24 mg feels way too harsh to me and 8-12 mg I just don't really feel the nicotine as much.

I used to smoke 2 packs of camel lights per day. Now I'm down to half a pack along with my vaping, so I assume this has nothing to do with withdrawal.

Are the sinus headaches/pressure more likely from the PG, or the flavorings, or nicotine level? I would order different supplies to try, but I'm not really sure what the likely culprit is.

Sorry to hear about this, Satoshi! PG gave me headaches, as well as drying my throat and mouth out too much. My early posts are full of these complaints. I only vape VG juices now, and the problems vanished.

Too much nic also gives me a headache, and 18 mg is in general too strong for me.

Some flavors will give a headache too, although this is less common.

I would suggest vaping only VG juices, while keeping your normal nic level constant, for a little while. If the headaches go away, you know its the PG. Try to have minimum or zero flavor.

If this doesn't work, lower the nic, but keep the PG. Also have the flavor minimal or zero.

You are still smoking some, so I am thinking it is not withdrawal, but it is often at about the month point where people start really feeling it. More than likely this is either PG or a bit too much nic. If there is no nausea associated with the headaches, then I would say it is more likely the PG causing them.

good luck, and let us know how things go! :)
