Diluting e liquid e juice with distilled water and sinus infection and headache

I diluted my e liquid with 30% distilled water it also diluted the taste but gave me a headache on both left and right side of my head.does diluting e liquid with water cause sinus infection?I was trying to reduce the nicotine level and the website I buy from suggested I dilute with 10% distilled water to reduce 18mg to 16 mg.

I don't think inhaling steam would give someone a headache and sinus infections are caused by bacteria. Distilled water is probably one of the safest things on the planet(unless you drown) so I don't see how that would cause a problem. Using water to bring down nicotine levels never would have occurred to me so I keep a 120 ml bottle of 3 mg/ml ejuice for that very purpose. I'm pretty new to vaping so maybe an old timer ciuld chime in.

I doubt there is any correlation between you dilution and headaches.

Although generally 20% is the max water dilution recommended, I don't think going higher would be the direct cause and effect.

However, high dilution will change the wicking and flow properties of the liquid. Perhaps that is playing a role in what is going on.

You may wish to get some plane Vg to thin out your juice and add the Distilled water .
I whent from 36mg/ml to 12mg/ml just by switching to a better vaporizer head ? 36mg started to give me headaches.
