I believe if you create an account and input your list of on hand flavors, you can search by your flavors and get recipe results!

Site looks great, thanks I believe I found a few recipes on here a while back. So I did make an account, and it looks like you can input all of your flavors in your stash.
But for instance, I just typed in Strawberry Ripe, and atleast 5 show up for TFA under different names. i.e : Strawberry Ripe TFA, Strawberry Ripe Perfumers Apprentice, Strawberry Ripe TPA, etc...
Do you know if this will have an impact on search results?
Yeah, that's kind of a PITA. There are multiple ways to list flavor companies (I've been meaning to post in his thread about that!!) so you can get fewer results or the wrong results depending on how another user has input their flavors. The company names should have been set as a default from the get go...
I haven't played with the site too much so I don't have a work around yet for the problem yet. A HUGE pain would be to list your flavors in all the different vendor formats - but again, a huge pain. "daath" is the creator of the site and is a user on ECF. I'll post in his thread about it in a minute, not sure if he can do much about it though. He does have an abbreviation list that he asks users to use, but people are people...

Right on, yeah I agree it would be much more helpful. It definitely is a pain, but hey I can't complain! Something is better than nothing! Let me know if you hear anything from the owner. I hear he is a friendly fella. Cheers

For now, me and a few active users are using the duplicate checker - we're eliminating a lot, but far far from all. I have a plan though. The plan requires me to have some time to implement a new scheme for flavorings (I will be introducing manufacturers at some point) - That should eliminate most of it.
Unfortunately I can't really give you an ETA on it, but it has been bugging me for a very long time now, so I feel fairly motivated to fix it
In the meantime, I hope you'll still find the site useful!
