SK's Independence Day Giveaway!!

Win the (Smoke) Revolution!!

yankee_doodle_tabby-X.jpg

I have entered (and won!) quite a few contests here on the ECF, which has enabled me to own a few things that I would not have been able to afford otherwise... including the beautiful eGo-T kit that I won from PIF during their Anniversary Celebration!!

Some of the other things I have won have gone to help introduce a few of my friends to e-cigs... and now I am just thrilled to be able to have something to share with my friends here at the ECF, and I thank the wonderful people of the PIF forum for allowing me to hold this contest here!!

The prize that is up for grabs is this beautiful, brand new
REVOLUTION SMART PACK (PCC) KIT that I recently won from Smoke Revolution USA.

The kit includes the following items:
(2) Manual batteries (white)
(1) Atomizer (white)
(1) Revolution Smart Pack (PCC) Black
(1) Revolution Charger Set (USB + Wall Adapter)
(5) Pre-Filled Cartridges (white - Mar / high)
(1) 10ml e-liquid Bottle (equivalent to 8-10 packs of cigarettes!)
(1) Gift Box
(1) User Manual

The batts/atty have 510 threads, and the PCC holds everything in the kit nicely... plus has a smooth, rubberized finish on it. The kit does not come with a wall charger, so the batts can only be charged in the PCC... (but they are sold separately on their site)

The theme of the contest is "Freedom: What it means to me..." because as the 4th of July (Independence Day) approaches, we begin to think of BBQ's and Fireworks Shows, while sometimes losing sight of the true meaning of the Holiday...
In these tough times, with the failing economy, health care issues, the wars going on in the Middle East... it is easy to forget that we still live in one of the most wonderful Countries in the World, and how hard our Forefathers fought to give us that Freedom!!

So take a few minutes out to think of some of the Freedoms that you enjoy by living in the USA... and let's try to keep it light!! Whether it is serious or funny, I don't want to turn this into a political debate...
It could be something as simple as "the Freedom to choose from 10 different brands of T.P. in the Supermarket"... since I've heard that some people take their own with them when traveling abroad... LOL!!

RULES:

  • This contest is open to anyone and everyone who is a member of the ECF, including moderators and suppliers.
  • Each person may enter only ONCE during any 24HR. period... which runs from 12:00am to 11:59pm PST. Anyone not following this rule will be disqualified.
  • The contest will end at 12:01am PST on Tuesday, July 5th. The winner will be selected by RNG (Random Number Generator) from all eligible entries, and announced here in this thread by Noon that same day.
  • There is only one catch... although this contest is in no way being sponsored by them, whoever ends up with this prize must promise to let the nice folks at Smoke Revolution USA know how they liked their product. Thank you!!

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE,
AND HAVE FUN!!!

Disclaimer: This contest is being held by an independent third party, and Smoke Revolution USA shall not be held liable for the results of the contest, nor any disputes arising from any decisions made regarding this contest.

Da South!
Cool! I think that the one freedom that I've enjoyed the much is the fact that you can be born anywhere...but if you work hard enough and have that drive, there is nothing to hold you back. I was born up in the hills...a true hillbilly baby lol. But one day I decided I didn't want that to define me! So 10 years of college and a lot of paying my dues lead me to working for the government in a nice office, and having the satisfaction that in some small way I help others when they're down!

Freedom: What it means to me...
It means being able to go where I want, when I want, with who I want. I don't need "papers" to cross over to the next state and visit my mom. I can drive around at 3am for no reason other than I want to. And I can have my best friend Rodney with me, and nobody will care that he's black.

quick edit: I very much like the rules sk. See you tommorrow at 7:05pm.

Freedom means a lot to me being the mom of a fine USMC son, it's not taken lighty that I can do the things I can in a country that is great! I thank God everyday that I have such a wonderful son that fought for our country and came home to tell about it not once but 3 times (and almost didn't make it). As I have wactched the news here in Ohio and seen moms that weren't as lucky as I was I am very greatful for the freedom we all share.

I love the freedom we have as a people to apply our intellect and knowledge and come up with new and interesting products like PVs, etc... I know they weren't invented in the USA, but just think what modders have done, and what the DIY community here in the States have done. Some of the next big strides in PVs are being made by people right here because we have the freedom to choose to focus our time and energy on what we want to study.

Freedom to vape what I please (for now) and so many juice choices that it takes me a couple of hours of browsing (on my unrestricted internet!) to decide what to order each month! They can take my vape but the can never take MY FREEEEEEDOM! (But they better not take my vape.)

portland, or
I live in Portland Oregon where not only are we known as the "city of roses" but also by our slogan "keep Portland weird". I am forever grateful that I live in a place where people have as much right to exist in all their glory as I or you do. That means the random guy dancing in the streets in a pink tutu and juggling (yes really) or in pioneer plaza (known as Portland living room) you can see a random circus performing right next to Christians yelling about doomsday. And we can all do this without fear of being abused by anyone as long as we ourselves do not abuse anybody. That is true freedom. Two men can embrace on the streets, we tolerate thousands of nude bikers during their once a year ride for their cause and many other similar things that may not be allowed in other countries.Freedom is being able to research pretty much anything without limit if you are curious. Even things that are not flattering to the government. I could go on.
