Anyone have a close recipe for Sky from the Cloud Company? Just getting started into DIY and that is one of my daughter's favs.

You'll have to do some substitutions (like one of the posters said) but the recipe may give you a start. HIC's recipes (he uses FA flavorings) are very good.

Today I got a flavor in the mail.. Inawera Lemon Cake... Saw a recipe in another forum for it and decided to try it. (haven't mixed yet) The reason I mentioned this is someone said the Sky reminded them of Lemon Cake in the threads Susan posted.

FW Yellow Cake 5.5%
CA Vanilla Cupcake 2%
TFA Bavarian Cream 2%
FA Lemon Sicily 1%
CA Vanilla Custard 1%
CA Cake Batter 0.5%
