Slanted coils on a Mutation X

I am wondering if could tell me their experience of using slanted coils on a Mutation X.
The air holes are already at an angle and it seems that mounting this way would optimize the coil in relation to the airflow of the atty.
Please let me know your thoughts.

the hole design is supposed to create a vortex flow inside the chamber, spinning the air around the inside....
