I finally started getting dissatisfied with my first 510 atty, and SLB. Unlike some, I've had great experiences with attys having never killed one after months and months of vaping. So I had no real reason to switch manufacturers or anything since the SLB was giving me a good vape at a great price and being damn reliable.
Value Vapor, my regular supplier for hardware, began stocking the Joye over the SLB so my last order was Joye 510s. Using my first one...
WOW.
First, the vapor feels warmer. I'm not entirely sure that's a good thing. It's not unpleasant, but it is noticeable. ALMOST like a menthol feel without the minty taste, if that makes sense.
Secondly, with the Joye atty, flavors pop. Some are bad. A DIY blend that I didn't like but could tolerate seemed to inch over the line into being bad because flavors are more pronounced. On the other hand, some flavors (I'm looking at you, Milk Chocolate + Peanut Butter!) got better because the subtleties of the weaker flavors show through now.
There's a difference between the manufacturers, for sure. Neither gives a bad vape and I'm not complaining, buy geesh, what a difference.
