Other than packaging, there's no difference between a Titan and a Joye 510. 'Titan' simply is the brand name used by TECC and Totally Wicked for the Joye manufactured 510, as are Dura (Janty) and Yeti (AltSmoke). [It is possible that major suppliers like these impose a higher quality control standard on Joye than other suppliers. For example, I believe that happens with Kanger's Kr8 model.]
However, there may very well be a difference between the '510' sold by ecigsupply and the
Joye 510. I've never used it so I can't be sure. Observations of their 510 webpage: On the one hand, the white box they show is indeed the box that the Joye 510 comes in. On the other, with one exception, they refer to their model only as '510.' The exception is when they say 'Joy 510' (sic). It could be a typo of course, but if I were a supplier, that is not the kind of typo I would let stand.
I'm not saying that it is a bad product (although you state you're having problems with the attys). As for your last question, I know
of the DSE 510 (by SLB), but nothing
about it.
Tell the supplier about your problems and see if they will address them. I wouldn't count on it. On their Shipping & Returns page (which says nothing about shipping), it states "Ecigsupply SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED" and:
The references and descriptions of products or services within the Web site materials are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Ecigsupply is not liable for any damages, including any consequential damages, of any kind that may result to the user from the use of the materials on this Web site or of any of the products or services described hereon.
From now on, stick with ECF's "Approved Suppliers" and those which receive positive
reviews by ECF members.* Check the
Vapy Award winners for examples.
