First take: got the kit last night. Charged one up 8 hours and did the 20 minute vape then re-charge process. OMG...WOW! These hit better than several of my real expensive mods, they are beautifully constructed, ( I have the Titanium ) and strangely they seem balanced in my hand like they were engineered that way. My 1000mah joye egos don't feel as balanced. It's hard to explain. They are lighter than the joyes. I'm using my Boge 2.0 cartos right now, but tried the Echo-E and Std. 510 and my XL dualies and the Emdcc. Perfect vape from all of them. I couldn't be more pleased. I just wonder why these are not more popular than the Joyes. They are bounds better...and there is really no reason that I can tell why they would be better than say my VV Box at the same voltage or my Tube mod at 6V. Tons of vapor with the large bore cone, and I'm using the same juice that is not heavy on the VG. Whatever it is, they have my vote for best battery of ego type.

Has anybody had issues with their charger led turning orange but not green? I've been charging this battery for over 4 hours now and it wouldn't turn green. So I unscrewed the battery and screwed it back in. The LED turned red again and after another 30 minutes, it's back to orange.

I've never had this issue, but I've only had my Kgo's about a week. I would probably leave them on charge longer and see if it turns green.

When the battery gets low does it flash at you like the joye egos do? The 1.7 Resurrectors or Rejuvinators as Smok calls them are awsome on this batt.....but I still like my Boge 2.0s. Has anyone tried the 2.0 dualies from SweetVapes yet? I have the 1.5 duals and thought the 2.0s would be a bit cooler for my fruit and organic juices.

It appears I'll be getting the wife her KGo kit sooner than expected. One of her 900 EGO's bit the dirt last night.
Anyone know a place to get a KGo kit with cartos instead of the atty/carts? I really despise paying for something I do not need/want.

The 3 ECF suppliers I know of that sell Kgos all offer them with cartridges (hoosier, breezesmokes and darkcityvapor). Maybe buy batteries and chargers without the box, cones etc? Be nice if a vendor would package the kits with cartos.

I know Brent was in here earlier and said the manufacturer was marking up the kits significantly if he tried to change them to carto kits, and it was just cheaper to do exactly that, buy the batteries and accessories separate and find your carto of choice wherever. I had a charger at KGO spec beforehand and didn't need cones, so it was a lil over 30 bucks for a pair of batteries.

I've been using the first one I charged non-stop since yesterday. All my other mods are just sitting here. I bought these for outings but looks like I'll be using them more than I thought....just fabulous.

You will see vapor production drop off pretty sharply just before it quits - normally I notice it maybe 10 or 15 minutes before the light starts flashing.

Has anybody had issues with their charger led turning orange but not green? I've been charging this battery for over 4 hours now and it wouldn't turn green. So I unscrewed the battery and screwed it back in. The LED turned red again and after another 30 minutes, it's back to orange.

I have a particular charger that has an orange glow after red and before green but it does it with any brand of battery.

I'm used to my ego batteries charging in about 2 to 3 hours. Yesterday my first KGO needed to charge again and it took almost 7 hours to get a green light. I know the battery is larger, but is this normal? I'm still loving these and even if they take longer to charge they are certainly worth it. I even ordered another one for hubby. He took a few hits off of mine and started to eyeball my second KGO in the kit so I thought I'd better get him one of his own.

Brent shows a pink color but non in stock? When will they be back?

I can't remember the first recharge but mine charge in about three hours. You might keep an eye on that battery just in case.

How old is the battery? Maybe it's reached the end of it's life. Does the battery perform like it's been charged? Could be a charger problem too.

Ok, thanks. ....the battery in question held it's charge for about 10 hours of heavy vaping time, so that's a good sign.

I would watch that battery as wizard10000 suggested. My KGO batteries only take around 3 hours to charge also. If it continues to take 10 hours to charge... You might want to consider contacting Brent for an exchange on that battery.

No, actually it took 7 hours to charge after 10 hours of use...but I'll keep an eye on it, don't know exactly what I'm looking for ??

Looking to see if it still takes 7 hours and if any other batteries take that long :D

I can't remember - did you buy the charger or is it one you had?

Right, I thought you meant something like battery explosion melt down or some other dire symptom. I just put #2 from the kit back on the charger, it winked out on me about 4PM, so I'll see how long it takes compared to #1. Using the charger from the KGO Kit.
