Got a couple KGO batteries today - and another prime example of Brent's customer service.

I knew he was out of KGO batteries and I had one with a sticky switch that was just almost a month old. I emailed Brent and told him about it and told him I was content to wait until he got more batteries in as long as we both knew I contacted him before the warranty expired, because I wanted to buy another one anyway. He said he'd break up a kit so I sent him the bad battery and a credit card number on Monday.

Got the batteries today with a small gift in the box as well. Once again, stellar customer service if you ask me.

Thanks, Brent!

i just ordered my kGo kit on tuesday along with some cartos. im excited to try these out. now if i can just find a source with some juice i like...

im wondering if the batteries i will be getting have the 5-click on/off... im hoping they do as this is probably one of my favorite features and really saves my batteries as i have them in my pocket quite often

Ordered a KGO kit last night from darkcityvapor. Can't wait to try it out. I am using Joye ego batteries now. I am hoping this is better. How long do the batteries take to charge?

First charge - charge for 8 hours, vape for 20 minutes then charge for another hour. After that mine usually take < 3 hours to charge.

Hiya, you don't have to hope they are better, believe me, they are...The KGO hits hard and continues to fire nicely even while the battery is draining. Unlike the joye egos it seems to stay strong until the button flashes you to re-charge. The first few times you re-charge the batts it may take a little longer for some reason, but then they will charge in 2-3 hours as Wiz stated.
The KGO is giving some of my more expensive mods a run for the money and they are my "on the road" battery.

my batteries seem to drain fairly quickly. im using the 1.5 smoktech dual coil carts and i know lower ohms will drain a battery quicker. at full charge my fluke reads between 3.8v and 4.0v. but after about 3 hours of on and off usage while at work, i notice the flavor and vapor drops. checked the voltage and it was around 3.4

I get a good 12 hrs. out of a KGo using smoktech 1.7 Ohm cartos.

Brent you rock my friend! firstly, love that K-GO!
secondly,I was messaging around with questions about a product from it's manufacturer and primary sales website but they still haven't responded.Since I bought the K-GO from Brent I thought,hmm....maybe he would know.Brent replied within a couple of minutes!I mean,come-on,this was regarding a problem with a product that HE doesn't even sell! That is not simply excellent customer service, that is friendship! You definitely made one here Brent, thank you!

I got the Son's KGo kit today. The gift box is a nice touch since this one is a gift and it now comes with two cones. I don't use atty's but it comes with 2 now and the usual 6 useless cartridges. I'm not a bit thrilled with the 5 button pushing thing, just something else to go wrong, but it's not for me so he'll have to deal with that.
Thanks to Brent for his competitive prices and good business ethics.
