Ok folks...how long would you wait on the post office/usps before you assume they lost your package?

Here is the deal. Ordered a kgo kit late thursday. As of Saturday evening, tracking said it had been processed through a sort facility. Here it is Tuesday afternoon and that is still all it says (along with estimated delivery on or by dec. 12th-yesterday).

Whenever anything has been processed through that facility, I have it the next day. So I went to my post office and asked about it, maybe they have a package for me or something. Nope. They told me that it is probably sitting in a large bin waiting to be sorted in the aforementioned facility. I asked if there is any other way to check on it, phone number, email, etc? And was told no, I just need to sit and wait for it.

sorry so long. Anyway, how long would you wait before maybe filing a claim? Or what would you do, I am clueless here. Luckily I have never had an issue. But darn it, I REALLY want my kgo and it should have been here yesterday

I'd figure Christmas rush had slowed everything down and wait until tomorrow or so.

Ok, I will wait. And yes, it is VERY impatiently. Hubby ordered his earlier in the day and I ordered mine late that night. His was here saturday and so I assumed mine would be here monday. Him having a better pv is annoying because it just reminds me that mine isn't here yet

Yay! complaining here must have somehow helped-it is still in Des Moines but it updated tonight at 6:13. That is a start! Hope that means it will make it here tomorrow

I finally got it today! I am soooo excited! The best part is I won't be home tonight, so there will be no chance of not letting it charge the full 8 hours. I will be home in time to use for 20 minutes and then charge the additional hour (and why is this, I am assuming it must make a diff since they tell you to do so!)

Now, I am assuming there is primer on the atomizer. What is the best way to get rid of it/its taste? I have mainly used cartomizers in an 808 so this is new to me. Thanks for any help folks, I am very very excited (I never spend money on myself, especially not this much and so close to christmas!)

Woohoo you're going to love it!!! The best way I get the primer out of an atomizer is blow on it, into a paper towel .. blow hard and many times until nothing comes out anymore. I usually then drip 2 drops of of my eliquid into the atty and blow that out too. I do that 2 times, to try and get rid of any lingering primer taste and instead get my own eliquid taste into it .. but I blow that out too. After doing that 2 times I then drip 3 drops of eliquid into the atty and start vaping!

I suppose the hubby would be able to answer too, but he is at work so this was quicker He is just as new to this as me but he has spent hours watching videos and reading on this site (I do too, but not as much as him...just enough to know I didn't want the epower like him, I wanted the pretty kgo )

Ah. my KGO arrived yesterday. I like the look of it. I am trying to follow the instructions closely and take proper care.

I probably could have charged the battery all night, but I'd rather err on the side of caution, so I am charging it this morning.

My juice samples have not yet arrived, so I will just try it out with the prefilled cartridges it came with.

I also have some Resurrectors coming in the mail. I look forward to tasting the gingerbread and banana cream juice when it gets here.

You will love it! I sure am! My second battery just finished its initial 8 hours of charging I am still shocked at how much yummier juices are in this versus the basic 510 or 808-stuff I didn't really care for before is now amazing and moving up my list of faves

Which one did you get? On one hand I think I should have gotten the black, since so much stuff comes in black but I wanted something different and picked out the pink one. I have had a couple people tell me that it doesn't look like something I should have, looks like contraband lol. That is what I get for using it in a small town where no one has seen one before!

You will love it! I don't know how much different it will be for you in terms of taste because I came from a cig style, but loving it!

I may have to go to 2.0 or maybe even 3.0. Wow, it is strong. I smoked Light 100s for years.

If you have any lower nic, it might work better for you. Drop from 18mg to 12mg (or what ever). That will curb the harshness, and still give you full flavor.

I'm at 12mg, hangdude. I think it's the cartos...they are huge.

I've never had good luck with 1.7ohm cartos and the KGO. The combination of the 2 always seems to end up burning the juice, I'd recommend going to a 2.0ohm they're a great match for the KGO.

Probably my choice of juice causing the burning juice problem for me, I usually use the 1.7ohm on weaker batteries with good results.

I'm going to have to change something or give up on the kgo and I don't want to do that. Brent, I guess I'll be ordering some 2.0

Don't Give up yet! I think you'll like the 2.0ohm cartos better.
