By far the biggest difference I've noticed with myself since switching to 100% vaping and 0% tobacco smoke is that I no longer wake up every four or five hours having a nicotine fit.

As a smoker, no matter how dead tired I was, I'd wake every four or five hours and get up - get dressed, and go outside to smoke. Even in the middle of the night and the dead of winter.

Now I can sleep 10 to 12 hours a shot and only awake shortly to stumble in to use the bathroom. The thing is that my body seems to really need all this extra sleep I'm getting because I couldn't wake up every four hours now if someone paid me to.

I find I go to bed earlier and on days off I sleep until noon! and I don't even feel bad about it.

anyone else?

Yes. I sleep right through. The other change is that I stopped snoring- a complete lack of sleep apnea now.

I've also found my cat sleeping right next to me... which never happened because I used to toss and turn all night.

I still turn over apparently. But not nearly a violently as I did at one time. The sleep is deep and restful. No coughing before sleep- except when I forget to fill the humidifier.

Because of the better sleep- afternoons are not a drowsy mess.

I also dream more now.

All in all- it's a total win.
