Hi so I have been using a coolfire mini with a slipstream tank and I have replaced the coil. The new coil I have put in has bits of metal sticking out of the base where the coil screws into the battery. Is this safe to use?
Welcome and glad you joined.
Just as long as piece of metal does not break loose and falls into an area which may cause problems. It's hard to see the bits of metal (Cause ? plating flakes or poor tooling results in improper cutting/forming of metal) in your pictures. Bombastinator could be correct though.
Could contact:
Local B&M Vape shop (Phone first then visit)/someone who knows what their doing.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
Could fill in your location, it may help you in obtaining location specific information to your question(s).
On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details". Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.
