when backlog happens, normally packages come later can be processed first. packages come earlier have to be processed after those packages come later.

I ordered on the 15th, tracking says it shipped on the 20th, nothing has changed on mine either. I always received my other shipments in 4-6 days. I'm concerned because we are leaving town in 3 days and no one will be here to sign for it. Will it just be returned to Healthcabin? I emailed Amy but haven't received a reply.
i am very sorry that due to our upgrading our website, our email system had a problem and might miss your email. please resend your email.
as for the shipping, it is delayed by bad weather. if no one sign for it, it will be returned to us. we will reship it to you.

Atty, I originally posted that no, the status hasn't changed since 1/14...but guess what...I just checked again and it says my package arrived in NY this morning. Should be here by tomorrow, next day the latest. Keep an eye on yours, won't be long now!

This is my first experience with shipping from China. It was about a week longer than I expected. I would do it again for a large order. IMHO it is worth the couple extra dollars to get your order quicker.

i am very sorry for the long delay on your first order with Health Cabin. normally it takes 6-10 days to get the USA. but shipping to some states in the USA is not stable because of holiday.

I was wondering what does this mean when i check on tracking a package : arrival at transit office of exchange last location Beijing airport date 2010-02-03 so where is it right now?
It means that your package arrived at a transit office of exchange in Beijing. it will leave china very soon.

arrival at transit office of exchange, Beijing International Airport 2010-02-03. Does this mean I am not getting my package till after Chinese New Year? It has been there for 8 days now right?
