I also notice that this is a sign of the mouth full of juice problem.
When it is time for a cart refill I usually take the cart off and blow as hard as I can from the mouth end (like blowing an atomizer from the battery end) then wipe it. There is always some juice in it. I haven't had juice in my mouth since I started doing this, but I do hear the noise frequently.

When cleaning out your cart remember to pop the end cap off and clean out the resivoir. When that pocket fills up you will get juice in your mouth all the time, and just think about how old some of that juice could be if you never cleaned it out.:(

contrary to popular belief , your atomizer is NOT flooded. I sometimes get what i call the "helicopter" sound , it's a gurgling juice sound like you are describing and what causes it is juice on the sides of your cart where the "air intake" chambers are. Take your cart out. and wipe off the sides and it will probably go away. You can usually remedy this by giving your device a few good "flicks" downward while holding onto the atomizer
If so: Then how do you explain that sound when your not using a cart? A flooded atty will "gurgle" even when just putting your lips on the atty without a cart.
