I'd like to find a way vape hands free while driving. I like the eGo style A or B tank tips because they are softer plastic and don't feel hard between my teeth. I'd really like to find a short battery in the 350 range so I can keep the length down. I'm sure I could use a 650, but my goal here is to keep it as short as possible. Sure, battery life would be short, but switching in a new battery is never a problem. Any ideas?

That is correct to the best of my knowledge, I'm a little new to this as well. Not sure how much you have learned so far but the 510 refers to the threading on each device. As long as each component has 510 threading it will fit together and function.

The only contradiction to that would be that batteries can operate at different voltages and different atomizers can operate at different ohms. Some times a proper combination of voltage and ohms are key to make a device work the way it was intended to work but it will still work. On the other hand there are some here that play with different combinations to create an experience that while may not be what the manufacturer intended but could be a better experience for them. Either way it should function just fine.

Went back and looked at the battery in your link again. It is a little longer than my 650 but as you pointed out the lighter weight should help account for that.
