A couple months back I purchase and SB and it's worked perfectly. So a couple of week ago I purchased a BB.

At first it did not work at all. I assumed that the battery was not making good contact with the coil or the top piece. A fellow ecigger of mine recommended I pull out the coil and stretch it, which got it to work, but not consistently. It still misfires about 25% of the time. I've ran three atties through it, and revolve between five batteries, but still get the same issue. How can this be fixed?

Thanks,
Jayce

Contact altsmoke, and ask for a new spring. They have great customer support. If its a switch issue, it's a good bet Chad or Rob would have you fixed up within a VERY short period of time.
I just ordered some of those copper "hot springs" for my BB for like 3 dollars. Perhaps they would send you one? If you have to send it in for repair, the shipping time is like 2 days each way. Pretty darn quick if you ask me.

Seems the switch contact plate is off a bit. Feel for a bit of resistance on the top or bottom of the switch. When you notice which end it is coming from, firmly tap it with your finger or knuckle on the offending end. This will usually resolve a "funky" switch. The contact plate is shaped similar to an arrow, and if it goes a bit off before the switch is "broken in" it can cause an un-even activation \ similar to this but rotated 90 degree. By broken in I am refering to any inperfections inside the contact cup that could cause a hangup of the contact plate. The switches are the best available on the market IMO, but there is still a chance of a 5 o'clock friday switch getting in there. Each unit SB and BB are tested twice. Once before they are assembled, and again after assembled.
