I put it on a regular 650 mah battery so you can see how big it is. It has a 2.5 ohm coil so its not so good on a 3.7v setup...its performing quite well on my MVP at 4.3v and up.

Update...Some people have said they get a burnt hit from time to time on these. Well i just got a few in a row. I figured out that when the top mouthpiece part is on some air may get trapped down near the coil due to the seal..All i did was pull the mouthpiece out ever so slightly and those air bubbles rushed to the top and problem solved. With the tight space down there i think the air gets trapped a lot easier than say with a T3...

regarding leaking Nanos:
Found this somewhere - here's what fixed it for me!

A) Don't fill it ALL the way up - there's some kind of air-pressure thing going on in a Nano, and it needs a little air. I'd say maybe 80-85% of the way up (in comparison to the height of the center tube)

B) GET THE MOUTHPIECE ON QUICKLY. For some reason, open while full promotes leaking!

C) DRAW ON IT RIGHT AWAY. For some reason, getting an initial suck on the thing immediately after filling also seems to help.

Not intuitive, but these steps don't take any effort, and seemed to solve my leaky Nano (which sounds like a relative you don't like to visit).

I just received several nanos. Out of the 3 I have tried so far, 2 leak terribly. I will try your solutions. I also like the Kanger M3s but sometimes in my pocket the top pops off, leaking juice.

Just got my T4's.
So far, IDENTICAL vape (and size) to a Nano.
No plastic taste like it seems 1/2 the Nano's start out with, but the first one I tried was DOA. Had to pour the juice into the second one.
SI Nano looks like it may just be a branded Vision Nano. Haven't tried a "Tidy 10" but I think I'll stick with Nano's or T4's once I pick between them. Or buy whatever's on sale - they ARE basically disposable.
My T4's cost me $2.25...
