Small dent in battery, is it safe? (pic)

So when I was about to take out the battery from the charger the spring shot it out into the wall and it got like 2 small tears on the edge, I'm very scared of batteries so I feel like I have to check with you guys...

I saw it before it was removed.
It looks OK, but should plan to pick up some wraps.

Thanks alot Puffon, I used it and it seems fine but I guess I can't go wrong with some electrical tape either way

I've used a few coats of nail polish on scuffs like that.

I would advise rewrapping it anyway. Wraps are so cheap and easy to apply that there is no reason to continue using a battery with any amount of damage to the wrap.
