With the smaller holes it is a harder drag. With the bigger holes it is more of a airy drag. I like the smaller holes myself, but it is a personal preference. Anytime I get one with big holes I just break the tip of a toothpick off in them and make it the same drag as my smaller holed ones.

i think op talking about intake hole at bat conn. But you are right on airholes.
