the phoenix is what i use on my twist. it does need a thread sleeve but it looks great- same diameter. screw cap, decent sized drip well for a slim atty. iv egot a 1.4Ω micro coil in there with an enlarged air hole- it hits very well.

another good one is the a7- its all SS. but it does take air from teh 510, so its unsealed. good sized drip well, screw cap.

mini squid by smoktech (and the ft clone(s)) also looks nice on an ego. chromed brass posts, o-ring top cap. very tiny.

i suspect the igo-f to also look great on an ego. plus being youde brand, its a good choice (all SS, decent to great machining). and youve got the option to set it up as a dripper or as a mini genesis. 101vape has em for 9.99

Thanks for the replies, I think I'm going to give the Igo-s a shot. I'm going to order from gotvapes.
IGO-S (mini IGO-L) Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer-Stainless Steel [gv-IGO-S-Stainless] - $13.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

I've never used a dripper before, I've only rebuilt my protank and evod coils. How much juice would this RDA hold? Does it depend on the wicking material? Basically I would like to know how often I would have to drip to keep the coil and wick saturated. I go through 2-3ml a day at most now, but if this dripper preforms, I would probably vape more lol.

it does indeed depend on your build. with a micro coil and simple cotton wick, you can expect perhaps 5 drops when dry, re-saturating with around 3 drops. youll get a handful of vapes, depending on your build, and draw technique. for example, the air hole size will contribute to determining how much vape youll get as a large air hole will facilitate more vapor.

with a nano coil and cotton cloud wick, youll fit more drops but you also might have less vape-time per drop as a nano can really drink some liquid.

with a macro coil, you can create a large standard wick that can hold up to a dozen drops perhaps. plenty of vapes using this method, but a different vape. play around with coil size to see what you like best.

for reference:

nano coil < 1/16" internal diameter (ID)
micro coil = 1/16" ID
marco > 1/16" ID

a set of small drill bits is a great tool. youll get a series of molds to help wrap your coils and as a bonus, youll know what the size of each mold is.

Thanks for all the information. When I get the dripper here I'll play around with some builds. I would like to start off with the macro coil or a micro coil. I have 32 and 30 gauge kanthal at the moment, I'll start on the 30 gauge and I'll pick up some 28 to experiment with. I want to try it with a cotton wick, I hear that's working well for most people. I'm going to aim for 2.0 ohms(I have a reader), that should preform well on my ego vv right?

Thanks again.

You're most welcome. Yep, go for cotton; you'll be surprised at how little you need. Yes 2 ohms will perform just fine on your device. I have a 1.4 ohm micro coil in my ego dedicated atty- hits perfectly.

Hey, I got my igo s yesterday and I started playing around with some builds. The first coil I made was a 30 gauge 7 wrap on a 14 gauge syringe needle coming in at 1.8ohms with cotton wick. It worked well, but I wanted to give it another go today and I did the same wrap except on a qtip and it came in at 2.1ohms. I like that the coil is slightly larger and the wick fits nicely in the coil.

However on both builds I believe I was getting a slight cotton taste. I heard that the taste should go away after sometime. Any recommendations to help the taste?

This is the cotton I'm using

Again I appreciate the responses. I did figure out how much juice can fit on the wick and how often I need to drip and it's not as tedious as I thought. Also it's a much cleaner vape than my tanks. I'm using a 80vg/20pg mix.

I also want to mention I'm using a homemade mix of unflavored while I wait for some juices to steep, maybe that is what's causing the taste?
