Wholeheartedly recommend the super slim Bloog MaxxFusion series, available from the very reliable and fast Happy Vaper. This was my starting point for vaping a couple of years back and, even though I now have a Twist for when I want something with serious oomph, I tend to use the Bloog as my all-day device and when out and about.

It's a KR8 fitting, and the Bloog is a little pricier than some, but I think it's worth it for the build quality. Go for the 78mm automatic battery (2 of) and you really get a lightweight, cigarette-like feel with plenty of vape and reasonable battery life. I've been using Bloog cartos (very good) but have recently been trying some Kanger horizontal coil cartos from CanVape (much cheaper) and they're working well. Also works well with both CE2 and M3 clearos (CanVape etc). Iv'e tried other KR8 systems but haven't found one with the same quality and reliability of the Bloog. They're just very well engineered.

I've introduced several other people to vaping with Bloogs, including recently a 63-year-old guy with a lifelong smoking habit and major health problems who was blown away by the Bloog and hasn't touched a cigarette since.

I find they work best with a fair amount of PG in the mix, especially when using cartos. If you like high VG or/and dark liquids, clearos seem to work better for those.

I'm actually a little bit in love with my Bloog. If you buy a kit, it even comes exquisitely packaged (a bit like buying Mac stuff from Apple - you get your first delivery and go 'wow').

Thanks for the recommendation Salisara

I bought my eGo twist kit and juice from Canvapes- been using a 70/30 PG/VG mix.

I only started vaping 5 days ago

I'm busy testing out the clearos/cartos that came with my starter kit , I think so far I prefer the Kanger T2

The kanger MT3 is ok, i tried the vivi nova but i wasn't as happy with that, didn't seem to get much of a hit

I still have a stardust v3 and a bcc megaclear to test out

I'm trying to educate myself on the OHMs and voltages

It's all trial and error at the moment, as well as trying to find a juice that I really like.

Anyway, I just thought it would be a good idea to get a second PV and appreciate the advice.

You're welcome, ktel. Happy to share. I'm still getting this stuff figured out, too, so it's good to hear your experiences.

On the hybrid tanks, I've tried all the ones you mentioned plus one other (from CanVape) which is my favourite - a black EVOD MT BCC. Design is slightly different from the T3/MT3 (different inside the fixed mouthpiece) and works a lot better for me. I do like the ViviNova but I do find you have to play with the voltages and coil ratings to get them working well. The EVOD is just a 'fill it and go' solution, which suits me much better.

This is what i use. REDDS
Enough cartos and battery life all in one pocketable package... was my reasoning over the Bloogs or 510 kits.
I use it when out and about, and i dont want anyone to bug me about e-cigs.
The Caravela is still my workhorse. :2cool:

I'm the Bloog gal, but I've heard the Redds kit is a good choice. I've used Redds cartos on Bloog batteries, so you can mix and match later if you want to. With the PCC thing, maybe a lot depends on how much time you spend out and about. I work at home mostly so don't really need a PCC (and of course, if you carry a purse it means you can throw a LOT of batteries/cartos in there!). For the guy I recently converted, I just got him a couple of Bloog 78mm batteries, a 20 pack of Redds cartos (good value), a wall charger and a car charger. He's happy as can be with that.

I get my mod batteries and Cartos from HV, closest and most convenient place to get AW IMRS and my 808 cartos.
Their Juice is 0mg , as has already been said, so i shop at a variety of other places to get that.
been vaping for 2 years, so i'm stocked up with anything else that i would need... lol

My kit was a bit more than that, because mine came with 20 cartos... its an optional extra, but the kit is the same.

I've used both the REDDS and BLOOGS, i like the PCC and the cartos better on the REDDS, that was my reasoning.
As i have other mods for at home and at work use, i required the portability.
But they both have the same threading, so you can swap parts from either or..

The REDDS batteries are shorter in length, so you wouldn't be able to use them in the REDDS PCC. something to keep in mind if you want both....

yup , having a pcc that only holds one battery, THEN having to carry a box of tic-tacs, just to hold your 1ml tanks....

sounds like an amazing idea.... :nah:...

It's not even 0.5ml, but surprisingly a pretty cool e-Cig, which doles out awesome VTF. To me (and a whole lot of other fans) it is a

Never said that it was a crappy system....
Got to play with it for a bit, and first impression were good.
Just not very practical, and considering my idea of a PCC is to be an all in one carry case, it doesn't really meet my expectations.
So because of that, I wouldn't buy one.
Doesn't mean you wouldn't. :p
