If you just mean round shape instead of boxy, check out the e-power. It looks like an ego except bigger. It uses the 41650 batteries and at less than $50, it's a good value. The spring can be extended to use the 41500 battery if you're already using that battery in other equipment. Another mod that looks similar it the noego. Do a forum search if you want to check it out.
If you mean really small the rough stack might suit you.

I have both the noego and the epower and they are identical =) the site that sells the noego also has a spacer/510 shorty set you can get for $8 so hide the gap when using ego t attys or ego mega cartos. The 14500 ones can use both 14500 and 14650 batteries the only difference is the spring height. But the 14650 has to be pressed harder to push the spring in to get the top on. There is a bigger noego that uses a 18650 battery. These are really nice PVs and I love that I can replace the batteries cheaply instead of having to replace the PV =)
