The smallest I've been able to make, in a screw design (not press fit like a normal 510 atty) was using an RCA plug with a 510 fitting pressed in:

From these: Phono (RCA-Type) Plug (2-Pack) - RadioShack.com

Any smaller and I would need to carry pliers and such to replace the coil. If I pop a coil with this atty, I just unscrew and hand wrap a new coil, it takes less than 5 minutes. It's a little bit fatter than a 510 atty but just as high.

I'll go through some details here. The only 'exotic' tool you need is a drill press, although you can get away with using a regular drill.

You have to shave down the atty connector a bit so it will fit into the RCA connector. Just use a metal file while slowly rotating the atty connector in the drill to take off a bit of material, then it will press fit into the RCA connector. Then, just heat it up with a soldering iron and add solder to the gaps between the RCA plug and atty (this isn't necessary if you have a tight fit, but it adds strength).

To make the posts for the coil, you can use sewing needles or IC sockets. One sewing needle is soldered to the shell of the RCA plug and the other is soldered to the center contact of the atty connector.

I was thinkin of machining a connector out of brass. So it can be a perfect press, where do i get these ic connectors and what do i use to press em in, I was gonna use 0-80 screws, they are pretty small and I think they can fit. I would just need to isolate pos, for the first one I do i will do exactly like yours. Just need to know how you set up your connections. Pics would he awesome. Thanks for your help.

I got DIP sockets from Digikey: Digi-Key - ED90048-ND (Manufacturer - 110-44-308-41-001000)

Just apply pressure from the botton on each pin and they pop right out. Another atty I made used needles for posts, it worked just as well but you have to sand the eye to make sure it's clean or the coil won't fire at 100%.

As for isolation, just throw a piece of heat shrink on the pos post, so it doesn't touch the sides.

It's a 1/16" hole for air, could've gone down to 1/32" but I didn't have it on hand. I've been using a 1/4" audio plug to make attys but you need to drill out the connector for the atty connector and there's no room for error - with these it's just a 1/16" off of the atty connector and it slides right into the RCA jack - took me about 45 minutes to put together. Good luck and post your atty!

Not sure if it'll achieve your goal, but it might come in handy for prototyping stuff.

Pull the sleeve and tube off of a G4 or G5 carto and have look at it. I noticed with the 808 versions (haven't seen inside a 510 version yet) that the coil will pull right out with tweezers...you can wind your own coil and tuck it right back in. No solder...no tools needed other than some nichrome wire of your choice, some silica wicking material, and some tweezers.

It might be a useful part for atty builders.

Well I wasn't gonna cut it, I was gonna make a drip tip to fit on there. Will the fact that its long affect vape production?

Not at all, it hits like a normal atty. Once you get the pins on there then wrap a coil, its roughly the same height away from the drip tip as a normal atty.

As for making your own drip tip - its a cool idea, but the RCA jack is exactly the same ID as an atty, so you can use any drip tip you want.

Here is my atomizer made in a standard 510 body. Genesis in classical configuration. Nothing special, just everything is miniature and hard to make if you are close to 60 years old :)
Of course this system is not for UFS. It's absolutely autonomous, with own liquid compartment etc.
Just screw it to an eGo or 510 battery and enjoy.
