Smallest VV device

Figured I'd ask the experts here. I picked up some Twist batteries for my eGo and they work well. My question - what's the smallest, most compact VV device out there? I looked at the Provari mini and my Twist is still smaller. For work, I need something that disappears in a pocket - price doesn't really matter as I see it as an investment...

I think the little MadVapes VV box mod is about the most pocket friendly of the more common VV devices, but more for it's shape than it's size.
