So I have switched over from smoking to vaping and I love the convenience of it. No more cigarette smell that I'm constantly trying to cover up. I don't have a great sense of smell so what I am wondering is how do we smell after vaping in, say, the car? My daughter said it smells sweet but not a good sweet, kind of sickening sweet. I mostly vape Ry4 from altsmoke and love it. I work in healthcare though and don't want to have an odd odor on me. Do any of the juices leave a pleasant, or just light smell? Weird questions, I know

Not weird questions at all. My wife and friends love the smell of most of the juices I vape. I've converted several smokers because of the pleasant smell of the vapor. Unfortunately, RY4 is not one that most non-vapers enjoy in my experience.

yea,,i have received some comments when i vape ry4,,which is one my favorites..

step mom is a victim to a lot of my vapin

she said one of them vapes smelled like flowers idky i wasn't vapin anything flowery either :)

Depending on the flavor and how much of it you vape will depend on what if anything those around you would smell. That being said smell is subjective, when my mother was still alive she loved avon musk and bathed in the stuff...she loved it, I hated it. So it really depends. Now, unlike an analog where everything you touch smells like an ashtray there really isn't a lingering smell from vaping. So if you vape apple in your car someone else shouldn't be able to come in and say that your car smells like apples.

This is definitely something I've wondered about because I can hardly smell a damn thing thanks to analogs. Hopefully that sense will start to come back a bit :)
uhm, yeah, it will. Although not always such a great thing. I smelled out mice at my work! Yep, open a cupboard people open all the time (but not me for a while) and went "ewwwww". Everyone said I was nuts, but moved a few things....ick, mice droppings x100! They had to call in the big guns.

I think that people that didn't like you smoking or don't like smoking at all, are going to say that the e cig's stinks......just because they don't like it. When i would smoke it would amaze me at how many people would walk by a cough like it choking them.....funny in the 80's they would sit in a restaurant filled with smoke, i bet they didn't cough all the time then. Perfect example of influential ignorance e-cigs on Rachel Ray Show e cig electronic cigarettes views and reviews with the doctor. - YouTube

I find people enjoy when I vape bakery flavors like Danish or French Toast. They not only don't mind, they encourage it. I love some sweet tobacco flavors, too, but in public areas, I find the bakery vapes get more positive reactions.
Yup every time I vape Dutch Apple Pie from PSV they love it but go to like a 555 not so much.

I'm new to vaping as well. Can't find a hint of smell in the car, but after vaping in a small, closed office all day, when I come in later it smells like burning a scented candle. Maybe a little ventilation would clear it out, but it's not a strong smell and very tolerable, so I don't usually worry about it. I have wondered how my clothes smell though.
