I’ve had 2 out of 9 Smileomizers on three Zeus batteries have a kind of bent connection. I’ve checked it by rolling it on a table and yup, it’s bent. Brand new out of the box. The bent ones I can loosen a bit and make it straight, but if you tighten it, it’s bent. What’s up with that?

Ok, I figured out what’s going on. It’s not the Smileomizers, it’s the battery. I was getting ready for work the other day. Put my Zeus on the bed as I got dressed. Looked down to pick up my Zeus and I saw the Smileomizers off. It puzzled me as to why. Picked it up with two wires hanging off it. The battery connection came out of the Zeus tube. (Surprised at how small the wires are. About maybe #22 sized wire.) I put it back in and pounded it back in with a piece of wood. Seemed fine. I keep it on me at work in a Maglite AAA (triple A size) flashlight holder case on my belt. I can't keep anything in my shirt pocket. I’ve lost way too many things in fuel pits. A phone, calculator, many pens, and even an old model Vapor King XL. I went to pull my Zeus out like I do so many times a day and it just easily came apart. I got it out of the holster and put it back together. That is the only times it just fell apart. It gets crooked quite often now though. For some reason it just comes loose. I'm thinking of putting a dab of epoxy on it next time it comes apart.

Can you send me the order number for that broken Zeus and if you still have it can you send it back to us? I will make sure to send you a replacement.

Yes, both the DAVs and the Vapor Zeus come with a 1-year warranty.

Well, it’s not exactly broken. Yet. It’s only come apart on me three times now and I easily put it back together. If it gets bent, I just straighten it out. If it gets too loose or if the wires break, then it’s broken. It’s got a year warranty right?
