I have to apologize, been under the weather, hospital, doctors, stressed out. This has been primarily due to issues arising from suppliers, QC hire, customs, and FDA. I have, and always will strive to provide the finest in vaping, regardless of cost. We have been in meetings over the last week with advisers, manufacturers, importers, distributors, et.

I take this mission, VERY seriously. I do NOT play games. I have been dealt very unfortunate hand, recently, with many people, who have not done their jobs, to a satisfactory conclusion. All my original customers know, I have stood the test of good business. When my customers were NOT happy, in ANY way, I took care to the situation IMMEDIATELY. For example. I had many customers who were unhappy with the USB chargers. I spent a few thousand dollars, out of my pocket, buying better, more expensive, screw in types, and I shipped these for no cost to my customers.

I hired a Chinese man to be QC for my product, sent him more than most make in a year, and he made promises, and guarantee's which left much to be desired. Even caused me to loose most all of my product, while making my product worse, than before.

Now, I am my own harshest critic, as I demand to have the best. Cost, is not my objective. Quality, taste, longevity , and especially consistency, and ease of use is my main focus.

I have made myself physically, emotionally sick, working with others, who have made promises, unkept. I will not reveal these folks, as, it really does not matter.

What does matter, is my company, taking care of our customers, the way, we would like to be treated ourselves. To this end, the time is coming soon. We will have some very exciting announcements to make in the near future.

I hope to have replacement batteries, available for all my customers, who have had issues with this last batch of Kings. I also suggest, allowing me to supply my other chargers, as replacements for the ones in the kits, due to inconsistencies from the factory.

My advisors, and I are working diligently on the import issues, and hope to have these solved very shortly. We are working on enhancing battery performance, as well as cartomizer taste, life, and heating issues. We will, soon, have the finest analog substitute available, regardless of cost, for our Vapor4life customers.

Please be patient with us for a few short weeks, so we can sort out the issues for everyone's benefit. I ask that you email me at smilinenterprise, with concerns, so we make put a SMILE on all face's in the near future.

I am glad to see you are still around and have plans to make any necessary changes to better your business and service. I know things have been tough for every supplier over the past month or two with customs and supply from overseas.

However, as I stated in another post, I will NOT place another order until I see many positive reviews of correctly filled orders from other customers. No more "Steve didn't have what I ordered, but I got 5 other things no one wants". I am a very loyal customer when you provide great customer service at reasonable prices. I am not very loyal when a business goes rogue and does what they need to do to sell product at any cost. I definitely don't lump V4L in my latter category, but I have removed you from the first, for now.

I hope to do business with you in the future when things get sorted out.

:) Steve you had me worried about ya. All I can say is take your korean ginsing and
500mg of C daily. And on very stressful days take some kava kava to help with keeping the physical parts of stress down to a minimal. Working nights suck so thats what i do to help keep the fatigue down to minimal. Also try the coral calcium from wally world (walmart) 1 hour before going to bed. The balance is great with the vitamin D and calcium plus minerals and omegas. also the magnizum in coral calcium will help with fighting fatigue and give you a deeper sleep. I use that to sleep during the day b/c of working nights its really hard to sleep during the day. IM not a doctor so dont take my advice with out consulting a doctor first.
Just trying to help steve b/c steve has helped me out with the VK and asseries at great cost. Keep up the fight and go see Star Trek what a rush....

I think you're over-generalizing here. The only posts I've seen about incorrect orders were after Steve got sick. His health is more important at the moment and the majority of us here know he will go out of his way to make sure everyone is happy.

I, personally, am not ordering anything for the time being until the operation smooths out. There's no need to attack Steve, however. The FDA thing, as he has said, is a big headache. Finding the right people to work with is a big headache. For every slightly negative post about incorrect orders you'll find 10 more that are glowing in praise for Steve.

Instead of attacking Steve, please take into account the headaches and health problems he's been going through. Like everyone else that's ordered from him, you too will be taken care of if there's a problem. If you haven't ordered from him yet, then fine, don't order until everything's settled down. Just don't attack him without having dealt with him.
