Remember, if you go broke we all will starve. Take your time in getting the right people in place, this is important.

We have survived and will survive as loyal customers so you have no need to worry about us. We will wait for as long as it takes for you to do what you have to do to get things in place.

We know you know what your doing, so take your time, do it right.

Don't be afraid to push a few prices up or take some backorders to cover cost. Remember taxes will due and you cant afford to fall behind on them, trust me on that.

I've been in business and i know it's not easy.

Although I just registered to this forum so I could post, I have been reading it for 2 months now. I've bought a lot of e-cigs including the VK from Steve.

I read Steves announcement and was disappointed. He said he takes care of his customers, but I am another one who didn't receive everything I ordered and didn't get a refund. From reading this forum I can see I'm not the only one. And nowhere in his announcement did he say that he was going to ship us the products when he gets them in stock. Nowhere did he say he was going to fix his website so it wouldn't take orders for things he doesn't have in stock.

What I see from his announcement is more sales hype, not substance. He says he will have improved carts and batteries. But Steve is also the same guy who said his VK is one of a kind. When people compared it to the KR808D1 he either deleted the thread or said it was different without saying why. But since Steve's stock dried up I have bought the KR808D1 from 3 other suppliers and they are ALL the same as the VK! Same carts, same number of holes in the battery, same everything! He was not honest with any of us and now I don't believe him when he says he is he will soon have new batteries, etc. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. It's not going to happen again.

I also wonder what happened to that Mark guy? I thought he was supposed to be a backup for Steve. But he went missing the same time Steve did. Seems suspicious. Was he in the hospital bed next to Steve I wonder?

I think you're over-generalizing here. The only posts I've seen about incorrect orders were after Steve got sick. His health is more important at the moment and the majority of us here know he will go out of his way to make sure everyone is happy.

I, personally, am not ordering anything for the time being until the operation smooths out. There's no need to attack Steve, however. The FDA thing, as he has said, is a big headache. Finding the right people to work with is a big headache. For every slightly negative post about incorrect orders you'll find 10 more that are glowing in praise for Steve.

Instead of attacking Steve, please take into account the headaches and health problems he's been going through. Like everyone else that's ordered from him, you too will be taken care of if there's a problem. If you haven't ordered from him yet, then fine, don't order until everything's settled down. Just don't attack him without having dealt with him.

Does spending $200 in 10 days qualify for having "dealt with him"? I don't understand where you got your information from that I haven't done any business with V4L.

I was as supportive as anyone else when I initially ordered, because I knew of shipments being held up and other problems every supplier has been having. It was never my intention to "attack" Steve personally. But as the owner and face of the company, as well as being so openly customer friendly, I find his practices to be just the opposite.

When I order something that is not in stock, I expect a business to contact me and give me the option of choosing another item or refunding my money. Not sending me two different items to mix together to get a product that doesn't even match what I originally ordered or sending me something different altogether. That is just really bad business. I'm sure Steve has learned a lot over the past few months. I'd like to do business with him again as he is geographically close and shipping times are short. Time will tell.

Triplec76, I admit I'm probably too much of a fan boy in my posts. Sorry if I misunderstood you and your frustrations. I guess I'm a "fanboy" because I like the product so much and in my dealings with Steve he has always delivered over and above.

I have a feeling that your order ended up in the middle of all this confusion with the FDA, Steve's sickness, and changes in personnel. As someone said, we don't know if Mark is still with him -- just that his wife has been fulfilling orders.

As I said earlier I'm waiting to see that the confusion is all sorted out before ordering again, and from my own limited experience I'm certain Steve will make it all good to you. If you're not getting a response it may be just for the reason this thread has been filled with good wishes to Steve and admonitions for him to rest up and follow his doctor's orders. He's just been too sick.

Steve, I'm so thrilled to see you post again. Please please take care of yourself first. We'll all still be here when you're better. You've been wonderful in the past months taking care of. at least, THIS customer.

Thanks for the kind words, the past 6 weeks has been a BIG education. Never again will I take ANY pre-order, nor make promises, I cannot keep. I have some fabulous things I been working on, including new products, and hope to have issues resolved over the next few weeks. I even received 1 little box from holding, of Nobacco, so I have some in stock, for immediate delivery. Hilton, Virginia, Cola, Mint, Peach, Cherry, Strawberry, amoung others. I should be fully stocked, Juice wise next week(god willing)and have PV's in about 2 weeks as well.

I will replace at no cost to my my customers, as I always have:D

I have BIG plans, which will be revealed over time.

Steve, we all hope your health is getting better and you get back on your feet. I must admit though it is very rustrating for those of us who have bad batteries and carts. I have e-mailed you to let you know and get an update, but have not recieved a reply in 2weeks.

As a customer, I do not feel very secure having to search the forums for your posts to find out what is going on. Never getting a reply to know that you are aware of my problem, when and how it will be fixed adds to the feeling. If you're unable to deal with things now, maybe a temp secretary would help and not leave us feeling like we're ignored.

I know it has been rough on you, but it is also rough on us. Please let me know you are aware of my problem and when I can expect it to be fixed.

Ginger, I have been trying my best to handle all issues, it is hurting me as well. Please, Bear with me, I only desire to get you the BEST, it is so frustrating, what I have been dealing with over the past few months. I will explain all, as soon as I can. I have NOT for got about you, or ANY of my trusting, wonderful customer's. It is killing me physically, emotionally, and financially with the BS I have been dealing with. All i can say to you in regards to Steve is he ALWAYS makes things right. His VaporKing is top notch and none of my 5 carts has failed and my two batteries last FOREVER. When the preorder took awhile he delivered extra's he did not have too. I know you have had issues, but im just throwing some love his way, he has always been a man of his word. I agree, he needs to post more regularly...Its the least he can do. Get Smilin Soon Steve, we miss your voice on the Forums!

Thank you very much, I am back, thank god. Been thru the ringer working with the wrong guy in china. I am currently working direct with factory, and quality is getting better, and better.
