The family plan discount only goes to those on the family plan list Hubseven (sir or Ms.). The regular discount goes to anyone signed up on the maling list. The family one is the only one that is exclusive...
All are welcome to join the family list... we have a limited # of spots on a First-Come-First-Serve basis. Go here to sign up: V4L Family - there are still some spots left... We continually remind people to sign up - so, there really is not any form of exclusivity. If the market demands - we can also expand the membership at any time

I had the same problem last family sale. Turns out I wasn't on the mailing list. Did you sign up for the "family" mailing list? If you haven't received the email yet it's pretty safe to say that it's not coming tho
And make sure you check your spam folder if you haven't already.....although there is someone whose email service rejects the family emails, so I guess that could be the issue too. They would always get them a day late!
