Smoant Knight V2 / Eleaf Ikonn Total design concept

I'm very impressed of the design concept of these mods (lowering the tank and reducing the total size).
I have an Ikonn Total, but I miss the control facility.

1. What other mods have this shape and Wattage/TC adjustment ?
2. I would like to find a dealer, that still have the Smoant Knight V2 on stock (EU dealers preferred).
