SMOK Alien 85 battery indicator issue

I recently purchased the smok Alien 85 kit with the baby beast tank, for the first few months the mod worked great. I had no issues with anything, but recently, that is not the case. The past month or so, when I vape, with the battery fully charged, the battery indicator drains all the way down, and when I release the fire button, it climbs back up to about 50%, and the battery ends up draining down in about an hour. Im not sure if this is an issue with the mod or the battery. Im somewhat new to vaping, and have been charging through the usb port(which I have recently found is not the recommended charging method). Could that be what is causing the issue?

This issue happens with both of my batteries, I cant remember what brand they are, but they are both 18650 3000mAh 3.7V(One is pink, one is purple, not sure if that gives any indication to what brand they may be)

Sounds like they are nearing the end of their useful life.
Quite important to know which specific cells you're using? to be sure they're suitable/adequate for use in your power device.
What power level do you usually use?
Also may be your power device is malfunctioning.

Sounds to me like battery issues and get a couple of cells that are KNOWN GOOD for testing purposes would be the simplest easiest test.

my smoks good up to 60w then battery struggles...i charge on usb no problem,i think i need to buy a decent battery for higher wattage use ..see attached table i found on ecf
