So my smok alien Screen has blurred a bit in the centre from inside, how can i clean it so it will be clear again?

Did yours come with a screen protector and did you put it on? I found that the screen without the screen protector scratched quite easily. In fact I scratched cleaning with the cloth that I clean my glasses with before I put the screen protector on.

I actually found that the armor all glass wipes for my car was a good gentle clean for my alien screen
