I have not been around enough to know if these are good deals, but I see a couple older models on clearance (mod only):

Smok Tech Guardian E-Pipe
smok Tech Guardian E-Pipe, On sale: $31.99

Smok Pioneer E-Pipe

I have run into the older wooden version of the Guardian I version quite a few times but it's a nice looking mech however with nothing electronic in it. With some tube mods you can add in a controller chip and turn a mech into a VV type mod which I am still looking to try out on an old Aluminum tube mod I have here. The 18650 size battery over the 18350 is a motivator in that respect! :D You can see one made by Smoktech at Smok Kick Adapter, Includes Variable Wattage Kick Module

I have also run into the stainless steel version of the older Smok models as well as the K1000 where something like this would be an idea if you prefer the look of the model there! I will be checking into this option a bit more here. Others looked at have to be placed inside the mod that takes either an 18650 or 18500 size battery where you adjust the level before inserting it in. SMOKTech Kick : Vulcan Vape

The first one there however fastens on the outside in line with the tank and offers the on the spot adjustment ring you ccan get at which caught notice here. :D

I was looking at those myself for the second epipe to the Guardian II or a gift for someone who is rather light on vaping and needs a motivator? since you can find them now for under $40. One vendor shows that with a Smok GBC tank on that model. To make it a VW mod you would then add the Kick Adapter inline iwth the tank.

Now for adding some air flow adjustment? Tank Airflow Controller

That is also placed inline with any number of 510 threaded tanks. Here it would be used on the pair of Smok ACEs running with Smok T-Dux 4.0 tanks while the Vamo V5 and V6 will be running the Aspire Nautilus on those. Besides the GBC tanks however I am still deciding to will go best one the Guardian II is in since that will run both eGo and 510 threaded.

I knew there was another place that had the first version of the Guardian priced lower at $25. http://thevapingbuddha.com/products/smok-guardian-e-pipe

UPDATE: Well today is the day according to Sweet Vapes anyways or monday for the Guardian II. While endlessly..... browsing around to check up on availability I came across one conversation in Australia between several people(showing the intense interest all over) where one was a vendor who just a Skype message from Smoktech apparently stating his order would be ready monday for shipping.

He had also mentioned there had been some type of unspecified delay earlier in that particular conversation which sounds most likely due to an overwhelming interest in this model! HOT TICKET ITEM Catagory! Expect immediate sell outs just like what is being seen with the new Eleaf iStick mod going, going, Gone in a flash! You may want to add it into a shopping cart a little ahead of time in order to get one!

BUMP Again! Sweet Vapes just updated their page! "Sorry guys, these were not in the shipment. We expect them the first week of December now.. the XPRO BT 50 Watt Box also"

I suspect the same is being seen at the smokestore.us site as well as for what that order is still found "pending" besides the typical 12-14day wait for order processing. I think I may have been better taking up the pre-order deal at Happy Vaper since they seem to be the only vendor to get them in so far.

Another UPDATE! I knew I should gone with Happy Vaper! Not only did smokstore.us decide to update thier page about the delay putting availability back to pre-order status but they raised the price! "Notice:now it's pre-order,we will ship out in 7-13days" was found in red lettering while price checking things.

Ordered one from TheVaporStation on black friday.. There was some sort of issue with the order processing so Eric got with me, and shipped it out Monday.
I believe that was the last one, but he's got more on the way. Should have it in a couple days. If there still aren't any youtube videos in english I'll post something up.
Also, got a recent order from the drip club and they threw in some of their VY4 juice.. It's spot on pipe tobacco. Tastes just like how real pipe tobacco smells. Favorite tobacco flavor so far by a long shot which will go perfectly with the new piece.

Happy Vapes never got back to me but apparently had some come in and then simply filled the pre-orders and then listed again as out of stock. When checking up on Sweet-Vapes they hadn't updated their page yet since the day of this week was never specified. It seems these places either get some in and sell out fast or are only able to get so many in.

At this time nothing has changed at smokstore.us on the order I placed when it was showing available? Every other vendor either shows pre-order or out of stock to indicated they stilll haven't seen any. At least you have one on the way! I bet you are elated! :toast:

UPDATE on the smokestore.us situation. Upon just now checking up on the order I kept seeing the ""Best Seller' list on one side and when getting to the page for the epipe in red lettering you now see "Notice:now it's pre-order,we will ship out in 7-13days" which equals a full month from when the order was placed and I had a brief email exchange with the vendor.

("gee aren't you glad you picked the Guardian I mod at PB Dragon the other day?" "Hush! Don't tell anybody about that one!")

ONE MORE TIME UPDATE: This exchange jwas just made with the reply coming in only minutes before this post from the sales rep at smokestore.us. I replied to a flyer about the new RDA out from Smoktech in order to make the inquiry as to when the Guardian would be shipped and got this reply back.

I doubt the Atlantis sub ohm tank would even fire on it! I should be hearing something this week since I've now had mine on order for a full month! At least the vendor got back to me promptly when inquiring however. I'm thinking about an Aspire Nautilus with an extra long steel drip tip would work nicely! :)

Nautilus mini works great, regular Nautilus with the bvc coils would actually match the 22mm. Running the Nautilus at 13W.
It will not fire the Atlantis. The led just blinks.
Kayfun also works great, it's at about 1.5 ohms.
I'll report back with battery life. I plan on getting a drip tip from epipemods, but this works for now. Don't even really need the long one.

I plan to be running the full size Nautilus on mine wheneverrrrrrrrrr....... it everrrrrrrr gets in that is! In the meantime I grabbed a deal on the first mech version of the Guardian that should be in tommorow I will run with some 1200mah high drain batteries. The Nautilus mini tanks will have to wait a bit while those are being considered for something else entirely.

I have one question as to where you ordered yours from since everyone else is still in waiting pre-order status?

Before I forget I finally decided to break down during the long wait and grab the sale price spotted on the first mech version of the Guardian due in friday and still on sale with only 3 left according to the vendor info on the page. I suspect they want to clear out the few they had remaining anticipating the Guardian 2's arrival. https://www.pbdragon.com/lair/mods/945-smok-guardian-wood-e-pipe.html

Here's a look at that one I saved for reference.

Thanks! I paid $69.90 on the pre-order a month ago and now see that at $74.99 at smokstore.us presently and while their page still shows available after all this time is ridiculous since they still hadn't gotten any in. In the meantime I've been working a little with the Guardian ! that came in today to see what works best since it isn't VVV or VWattage like this one is.

SMOK MECH EPIPE with ROCKET J-SAX.jpg

Upon first seeing the new model and placing the pre-order on it I remembered getting the pipe tip clearomizers Rocket E-SAX with blue or green led and found some more ironically at the same place I got the mech mod from back in September. Unfortunately not so good while looking great those need a little more under the hood as far as volts and watts to get anything out of them being disposable clearomizer like 2.2ohm. The Smok T-Dux 1.5s seem to work best on the mech version.

The one in photo there is the first version of the SMOK Guardian Wood E-pipe which is a mechanical not regulated type mod to the new one coming out now. That's a mech mod with the button threaded to lock once you turn it clockwise like you were putting the cover on a jar. That prevents the button from being pushed in while carrying it around on you. It actually took a few to find out that I had to turn it in the opposite counter clockwise like removing a jar cover to see the button rise up and then simply press and watch the green led light up!

The Guardian II is what everyone has been waiting for as far as being a variable wattage mod when not considering a custom made some places see to like Freight Train mods where they only show photos and no mention of what they ask for what you decide on.

That one takes a flat top not button top 18350 battery. I ended grabbing a pair of two packs of the DemonFire IMR 1200mah 18350 3.7v batteries while browsing on Amazon/smile.com where they chip in 5% of all purchases to the charity group or org of choice which was the Vape for Vets organization I selected. http://smile.amazon.com/ref=nav_logo

This is what the Guardian E-Pipe looks like.
