okay, we're going to need a few more details:
you said you turned it on, so you see a display screen?
does it show a full battery charge?
does it show say 0.63 OMH or a flashing 9.9999 OHM?
what is happening when you press the button, does it make any sounds?

You didn't mention if you are a brand new vaper, so forgive me for asking what may appear to be silly questions.
- Are you certain that you have turned it on? It takes 5 quick clicks to turn the mod on or off. There should be something displayed on the display screen if on.
- Is the battery charged? You may need to charge the battery before use.
- There is a reset button. Try this is all else fails after watching the video.
- Did you prime the coils prior to putting your e-liquid into the tank? (See video)
- What mode are you attempting to vape in? Wattage or Temp Control? (See video)
- Is the mod recognizing the atomizer (tank)? Is anything appearing on the mod's screen? If the mod is recognizing the atomizer, the coil's resistance (ohms) should be displayed. (See video)

Hi Scowlgreg welcome.
Once you get it all figured out you can go back and read the instructions and if you're lucky the Chinglish may then make some sense.
