I have both styles botton and lower side button mods, I tend to gravitate toward bottom button more. Just keep in mind some bottom button ones may fire with a heavy topper on them, so you may need to use the lock ring every time its put down. My nemesis had that issue and I upgraded it to magnetics from the spring to fix that problem. It happens far less then with the spring but sometimes I can here it fire when it's just been sitting there for a while. side button wont have that issue but it can be annoying to here from time to time

I have a magneto and I like it very much. The magnets in the switch are strong enough to hold up a kayfun or a Squape clone. It's a very solid mod and well made. If you choose the magneto make sure you get a V2, it has an adjustable 510 connection pin, the V1 doesn't. You can tell the difference by looking under the top cap, the copper pin will have a slot for a flat head screwdriver. Also the V2 doesn't have the spider logo on the button.

I've never held a natural so I don't have any opinion.

Here's what mine looks like with a EHPro kayfun Lite attached:

Like the title says. Both are different animals. One telescopes the other not. Magnetic switch the other has a spring. Pinkie fire or bottom fire. Either way it will go into 18650 mode. So whaddaya say? Im not into collecting just another joe schmoe looking to get it right the first time. Thanks

JMO but as the owner of several clones gathering dust in a rack..... if i had it all to do over i would buy something with as low a voltage drop as i could with a self adjusting or adjustable top pin. i could have bought all 3 of the moderately high end mods i use now with the money i wasted on Chinese copies . good luck with your choice. <*}}}>{

In short, an all brass mech mod. Virtually all of the all-brass mods lose less than .01v through the mod.

Pretty much any stainless steel mech mod is going to lose a minimum of .02 volts and most are closer to .1v loss. The Nemesis is among the best here, losing only .03v even with an 18650 battery. However, if you use that gold colored kick ring in the middle it suddenly jumps to a .12v loss.

Among the worst mods for power loss through the body are the GGTS and the Segelei #20, with a loss of .48v and .69v respectively.

To the OP, since you're bound to ask this now...

The Natural = .34v loss
Magneto = .04v loss

You'll get a much better hit from the Magneto.
