was working fine the first week but now leaks like a unpotty trained child. not sure what ohms it is because ive just been using the stock carto but was using it on my kts and worked beautifully, then put it on my evic and its leaking, im thinking that its not getting enough airflow and so when i inhale its making the e liquid rise to the top where it floods and gets in the center of the cargo. any insight on this? kts is using 3.7v i think and im using guavatron from j vapes that is 50/50 blend. also using the same volts on the evic

I'm not sure I can be of much help here. A flooded carto can be caused by a few different reasons. As you suspected, if airflow is obstructed at the connector, pulling on the tank will continue to bring more juice from the tank to the carto; with too much juice in the carto the coils can't fire, so you get juice backed up and into your mouth.

Poor vaping techique (too hard of a pull) can cause too much juice to fill the carto. Gentle, long, slow pulls of 4- 6 seconds work best.

It may be that the carto had reached its end naturally. Some last a few days, some last up to a month.

Ecig reviewer PBusardo did a cartotank tutorial, with some troubleshooting tips here.
