helllo i have a smok xcube 2 which ive had for a while now but yesterday after charging the batteries it wouldn't restart the screen lights up and shows make and model number and the led's on the side flash then it shuts down and nothing happens at all . i have searched a few things online all i could find was a video of exactly the same problem but that was all it was
