Smok xcube 2

Im using a smok xcube 2 for months & it was splendid for me. The problem starts when my cube 2 kept displaying check atomizer when i screw in my rba or rda but when i try my rba or rda on another mod it fires perfectly fine. I tried unscrewing the top off & there is a black wire connected to my 510 & the is a white wire just sitting there not attach to anything. Is the wire suppose to be attach or detach ? Need help PLS
