SMOK XCUBE Issue

I currently have a smok xcube 160 tc I had the update 1.093 I think it was that one I purchased the temp mod for SS was working completely fine then it started yo act weird wouldn't connect to the app on either of my devices its now put itself back to the old update and when I try re updating it dosnt work its really frustrating me now any help or advice I would be very gratefull for

What did you use to update it the new program or the old, did you keep the firing bar pressed during the whole update?. I used the new program to update mine and apart from my tablet screwing things up it's worked perfectly.

ive updated with old and new but stil nothing feel like was a bad idea and waste of money buying it now as its not doing the one thing I brought it for

You might just have a defective unit contact the seller and see what they say or even try contacting smok direct they do seem aware of most issues.
