Does anyone have instructions for a smok xpro bt50? Just picked one up tonight and I can't quite figure out the Bluetooth functionality? The app picks up the device, and I type in the initial password but it just keeps saying please wait. Never connects and goes into the app.
also, do I have to use the mod in mech mode to run sub ohm? Or can I leave it in vw mode?

Also, I noticed the micro usb port for charging is recessed into the case. When I plug up the charger, it makes contact, but it doesn't "click" in securely and even a slight movement in the charge cord makes it lose contact. Are they all this way? Or did I get a bad one? I was just using my phones charge cord. May swe if I can find a charge cord that will fit inside the recess to make a se cure connection.

The charge port is a bit recessed but just find a little longer usb cord should work fine as far as your Bluetooth issues I'm not sure what's going on. Mine connects fine I just notice that it does not stay connected for longer then 10 minutes which is a bummer because if the Bluetooth is not connected when trying to Vape you need to wait 2 seconds for the "xpro" splash screen to go away before it actually fires.

To access the BT mode, simply click three times to access the settings menu. The first option is Bluetooth. It displays the menu logo, then Turn Off. One click changes that to Turn On and a couple seconds after that, you are back to the default display, except now a B is displayed (to show that Bluetooth is on). Now go back to the app and have it try to detect. If you have managed all of that and are still having some issues, try to remove the app and reinstall it.

As for sub ohming, no need to run it in Mech mode. You can leave it in VW mode.

Good luck!

And yes, the charge cable that came with mine was too short to make proper contact with the recessed charge port. I just browsed through my collection of cables to find one that was a bit longer and it made all the difference!
