The part of Canada that doesn't get enuf Snow :(
I actually just picked up an 11/64 the other day for this very purpose. I am just stuck out in the field away from my home tools and didn't want to buy yet another portable drill just to drill this one hole. I am going to do this when I go on days off in a couple of weeks. I have to say that I am getting a flawless seal at this point with the Viton. Thanks for all the help, Rob!

Yeah I thought about that. I have nothing but time on my hands out here. I somehow doubt that I can grip that tiny bit well enough to make a hole all the way through, but if i can figure out how much of the tip to cut off it might work

Oh yeah, that worked fine. Just cut the tip off with a knife and the drill bit basically just reams the hole out. I'm keeping the Viton in there for as long as it works, just to see if it puffs / buckles at all. If it doesn't, having the screw cap would be slightly more convenient than the snap top for refilling purposes.

No nose involvement, either. ;)

Great video Christian. I missed that one earlier. We have very similar vape habits aside from REOs and micro coils - I too like a cooler vape with not much TH.

Rock on brother :)

Thanks Russ. This coil is killing it right now. I'm going to rock it until I get my spool of Kanthal in the mail next week. I want to try the 30g I already have, but the 1 ohm is just too tasty to take off quite yet.
