I ordered a clearomizer from smoke-evolution which turned up today, due to either my own mistake or a problem with the web page, I received the wrong color, it was pink and I am a guy, so I wasn't to impressed, and if been anything than pink, I would of probably just left it and not said anything, but I did contact them to let them know, but also told them the product was only $8, so wasn't going to bother returning it and didn't expect anything in return, was just making them aware of my problem.
I contacted them via email, and within a few minutes i received a reply from them, even though I said I wasn't looking for a replacement or anything else, they said they would send me out a new clearo at their own expense, they could of just apologized and left it at that, but instead went the extra to make me happy, now note I am a first time customer, but only a $8 customer at that, so I was really impressed with how quick they responded to my email and the customer service to make me happy.
Due to action and response I have received from smoke-evolution, they have earned a repeat customer for sure
