Smoke free quit meter warning!

Apparently someone has been able to inject some malware into the SMOKE FREE QUIT METER. Whenever I try to read a thread where someone has this meter in their signature, I get two warnings, one from Google and the other from Web of Trust. Below is the warning I get from Google:

I suspect that I was infected by this. I have been sending spam to five of my Google Mail contacts almost daily, except I'm not actually sending them, but I get a copy of them in my inbox. Scanning with Spybot Search and Destroy did find malware on my system, which it removed. This happened even though I was using the Windows 7 firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials.
