[ADMIN EDIT] We've been contacted by the owners of smokefree online who believe some of the statements found in this post to be untrue. As such, I have given them the right of reply, which can be found below:

Smoke free is both a wholesale and retail company with over 1,000 retailers worldwide. Each vendor has the ability to sell not only our products, but other ecig products as well. Therefore, they may be representing Smoke Free in addition to other ecig brands.

We apologize for the vendor’s misinforming you and for any inconvenience they have put you in. We will be glad to contact the vendor that you have received our product from and assure you that they will not mislead anymore customers about our products.

Should you have a problem in the future, feel free to contact our direct customer service department, which can defiantly give you adequate information about our products. Also, if you visit our website at smokefreeonline.com you will be able to find all the information about our products and services, as well as our shipping policy. We have a lifetime warranty with our batteries; while our cartridges results vary depending on your usage and strength of inhalation.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that the vendors have placed you in, we value you as customer and if you do have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us directly via phone or through our website and we will be glad to assist you.

Thank you,
Smoke Free Team

I'm trying to get the word out about smokefreeonline.com. I recently posted the following on their FaceBook page, and not only did they delete the post without a reply, they kicked me off the friend list and blocked me from posting anything else on their page. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I think it's pretty pathetic when you have a quality product, yet still feel the need to lie to customers! I bought this on a whim while on vacation and didn't know enough to realize I was being taken. I was told the cartridges never need to be changed, the battery can't be over charged, a bottle of e-liquid will last 2 months...and on and on and on! And I wasn't told when I purchased the black kit that they don't even sell black cartridges to go with it. Really??? After I just laid out $200.00???? Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the product but with all the lies and the high cost of use, (shipping charges are ridiculous if you don't spend $60.00 each order) it's not worth it. The e liquid is good but I have discovered that there is better out there for half the price. Do yourself a favor and visit some of your local smoke shops and try out several different brands and liquids and buy products from someone who will have to see your face again!

I ordered the 1st time, 2 bottles of liquid....$60, free ship....took 3 weeks to get due to incompetent order taker....called me twice to confirm my credit card #. Twice I asked not to be contacted on my computer line....not sure how they even got that #!!!! 2nd order, I am still waiting on....ordered cartridges online (2 packs)....$15 shipping.....delayed 1 day due to them calling to confirm/up the dollar amount of my order. I explained that I did not want to order more and would appreciate them NOT calling me in the future. Now UPS tells me that they altered the address and I must call them before UPS will deliver my order. REALLY?????? I will eat the initial $200 and purchase a product from a local retailer. Live an learn. Hope this helps somebody else!

Thanks joemazz! Guess I should have posted my story before I posted my rant........I have recently started using hot vapes for liquid. I am brand new to this so maybe there is better???? Still using the smokefreeonline.com unit since I paid so much for it. BUT...I will have to find a better unit soon. I am impressed with the LF website and I will visit them soon in hopes of trying their products and hopefully getting better educated in whats out there!

LF is a good company for hardware, really cheap for good stuff. I haven't tried their juices personally. Another good one for hardware is Clouds of Vapor, I've always had stuff from them shipped out same day or the next morning. Juices, besides what I mix myself, I use freedomsmokeusa.com a lot, normally next day shipping but delayed sometimes due to the number of orders they get.

Always remember to look for coupon codes! Currently (for the three I mentioned) are:

LF: october20 (or just click the 20% off button on the top left, turn off adblockers if you don't see it). Only valid for US LF, not UK. 20% discount

CoV: bigbuyer 10% discount

FSUSA: freedomsmokeusa 10% discount

Always check around for others, some of them (like FSUSA) do some really good deals for a day or two.

The Riva is a really good starter set, and very reasonably priced (LF is around 30USD with 20% discount code). It's one of the larger models (closer to a cigar size rather than cigarette) but the performance and battery life (a day or more between charges) is well worth it.

Interesting reaction from a company. You would think their top priority would be customer service. That is afterall how they make their money.

In a way, I don't even expect anybody to believe my post. I barely believe it myself! I have worked in customer service for the phone co for more years than I care to admit......I would have been fired if I had ever treated a customer the way these people have treated me!
