Never happened to me, in the past month
I placed order with them at least 6 time, and every time the package got ship in a one or two days. Make sure you check junk email too. I know that this past couple weeks they are very busy overthere, one of my email got replied a couple days later with apologized for the busy time. My last order early this week also got shipped within couple days and that with some change to the order I requested via email.

Sounds like the weasel ate the cheese and fired off an orange.
Im sorry OP, but this cracked me up! Don't mind Corksil, he/she is probably just trying to get their post count up so they can access new user restricted parts of the site. Ok, now back to your question. When dealing with larger, more mainstream vendors, there is a lot more processing going on, kinda like ordering from Target online, it takes forever. They enter the order, then it gets picked up by someone in the shipping area (and they are usually pretty busy), then it gets shipped out to you, usually through UPS or FED EX, which are slower. Thats why I usually deal with smaller operations with lower order volume. It's usually someone working out of their home who will work harder for your business. The same person that see'd your order usually packs it right then and there and ships it the next day (sometimes the same day). They usually use USPS because of the price, but I've noticed that the cheapest way of shipping through them usually takes no longer than 3-4 days (alot of the time within 2 days).

Several calls and emails have went unanswered. I had ordered from them before as well with no problems. I will not be ordering from them again unless this is resolved today.

Try sending a PM to the forum rep IMAGINE. They have been having some issues with their new server software and it doesnt always update the status of an order. Most of the time, the order has been shipped even though the status still says "in processing". They are also in the process of training new customer service reps because of an increase in growth.

Their forum rep is very active on here and usually on throughout the day and late I to the night. Send her a PM.

Edit: just saw that you don't have 5 posts yet and can't pm . I copied your post and sent it to her, but you will need 5 posts for her to be able to respond to you.

I encountered the same thing. . .placed my order at the end of July and went several days while having my order stuck in processing. I was contacted by CS after shooting them an email (it was my first order and I was concerned that it was taking so long considering how much everyone had raved about their CS). It explained that there was an issue with fulfilling orders and everything pretty much came to a grinding halt. They ensured that my order would be on its way and within a few hours everything was updated to shipped. I got my starter kit yesterday. So, don't get discouraged because it was so worth the wait!

I think all the positive comments in the forum has overloaded their capacity temporarily but I place an order with them every week on Sundays and have it by Wednesday or Thursday, Got mine Wednesday this week. I will say without reservation they are the best supplier I have ever done business with and when I did have a problem they not only fixed right away they followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I do know they installed some new software and like everyone with a computer knows there were some issues. I also read on their sub forum that they have had to hire several new people to keep up with the new business. Maybe us older customers should shut up about how good they are for a while so they can get the bugs worked out. NOT!

I saw this the other day! NO JOKE! It can happen to anyone!

BTW my :2c:: Smokeless image sells underpowered equipment and way overprices them. Get an EGO Twist and some Vivi Novas is my best recommendation. Call the credit card company and cancel the payment. Try Altsmoke.com. They mean business.

Actually their stuff is quite good and competitively priced.
That is why they have such a strong following here.

I've been ordering from them for over a year without problems related to 24hr shipping except maybe a slight delay once after a big sale. My last order was a disaster from the get go though. By posting on their forum and staying on top of it the rep did straighten it out and get me a refund which showed up on my cc a day less than a week. The forum rep is definitely top notch. They're a decent company and CS is ok but my experiences with them haven't been as stellar as the hype. They're just having some software and growing problems right now. I'm sure they'll be back to normal soon.

The smokeless image battery has more power than a standard ego and is one of the lowest priced 808 mini on the market. When you consider that the x2 battery comes with a charging cable, it is cheaper than egos and kgo's too.

Quoted for absolute truth. The Volt may not be for everyone, but quite frankly, of the 5 "minis" - or cigarette style batteries - I have used, the Volt is what I was able to enjoy, stick with, and quit smoking with - and still use. So, yeah, I'm going to recommend them, through growth spurts and slow hard times alike.

EXACTLY...WHY GIVE EM ANYMORE TO HANDLE. (my order was a bit delayed..."only on the info end / comp software / still the product was on it's way).......GUESS IF ONE NEEDS A JOB,...THEY SHOULD HEAD DOWN THERE HUH
Funny you should say that...they just hired several people

It was a perfect storm for them these past couple of weeks with increased demand, training new hires, opening a store in NJ and a massive computer glitch.

I'm sure they'll get back on track quickly
