I placed an order last week and it sat in "processing" status for 4-5 days. Then I started to call, email, create tickets etc. I did get a reply from Heather yesterday, but then communication just stopped. Anyone else having these issues, is this the type of company Smokelessimage.com is? Can anyone help?
