I just recently started using e-cigs to try to stop smoking...It's been a whirlwind, I immediately went from an e-cig to researching the whole vaping thing and ended up finding ECF. From here I've started learning about all of the different types of equipment etc. that is available out there.
I read a few good reviews regarding Smokeless Image and decided to give them a shot. I ordered a couple of X2 batteries etc. In the course of a week I placed 6 different orders and everything was great minus the omission of a car charger on one of my orders.
I contacted customer service and was Immediately contacted back and the situation rectified...unbelievably fast!
I'm enjoying my new toys and look forward to conducting business with them in the future.
