Smokeless Image - Volt blanks

I just got my first order of refillable cartormizers. I ordered 2 packs of Volts from Smokeless Image. I haven't opened the 2nd pack but out of the first, one was DOA and two more quit after less than a day.

So my question is, what are the failure rates on these types of carts? Is it normal to have, say one DOA? Is this bad luck?

Is there anyway to trouble shoot them?

Too bad, because they worked really well, but obviously I can't spend money on such a crap shoot.

I have carts from Mistc brand that are still going strong after a couple weeks and a few from Cig-Easy that have been good.

I would say that is not the norm. Contact CS, I'm sure they will take care of it for you.

Just to follow up here, 3 out of the 10 I bought were bad. I have no idea if there's a systemic issue going on with these carts. I contacted them but there's not much to be done. They wanted more details and I told them what I could.

I'll order another brand I guess and hope for the best.

i havent used blanks but i cant see why pre-filled would be any different. ive used about 3-4 packs and all of them worked great for me

I have many Volt blanks and never a problem with any!
